Hi, I have 7 properties on buy to let, with good collateral and they're working well. I've been slow to act and have hugely increased costs due the mortgage rises in recent months. I'm still in profit for each.
I'm thinking of re-mortgaging 2 of them and pay off others. I can also use money from a Stocks & shares ISA to pay off more?
What are others doing? My adviser says keep the ISA. It might be tax efficient but its returns are rubbish compared to mortgage rates which are surely increasing further for some time. Any thoughts?
We aim to sell most in the next 5 years.
Thanks
