how to find long term lets in waltham forest

Does any body have any suggestions. I am looking for a long term let in Waltham forest (1 bed or studio) for a family member. Unfortunatly the property I let is a 3 bed & I have had my tenant for 20 years, so my property is out of the question as it is too big for a 52 year old single man . If anyone knows of a suitable property please could you let me know. I hope it is Ok to post this, but it is a mine field out there now & I know that landlords on this site will be reputable.
