Property Tribes and NRLA team up for webinar series

The NRLA and Property Tribes are delighted to announce a content collaboration which will feature a monthly interview and discussion between Ben Beadle, CEO of the NRLA and Vanessa Warwick, Landlord and co-founder of the Property Tribes forum.

The webinar collaboration is called “Landlord Lens” and, every month, Ben and Vanessa will be looking at the trending topics - the most popular discussions - on Property Tribes and discussing them, as well as turning the landlord lens onto one particular topic for more in-depth analysis.

Nick Tadd, Director of Property Tribes said: “Property Tribes is delighted to be working with the NRLA on this collaboration and highlighting the main topics of interest for landlords while getting expert opinion from Ben and the NRLA.

The Landlord Lens should serve up the very latest intel for property investors in this rapidly-changing post-Covid19 world and act as a guide and signpost towards the most important information to help landlords steer their way through the challenges ahead”.

NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle commented “The lockdown is very gradually easing in England and Wales but despite this there are no doubt challenging times ahead for landlords. The NRLA is delighted to be collaborating with our friends Property Tribes for this webinar series, to continue to help our members navigate the changes that lie ahead when it comes to managing their lettings business”.

The inaugural webinar takes place on Friday 7th August at 2pm, and the main focus of the debut Landlord Lens will be repossessions and the new rules landlords need to know. To register for the webinar, click here.
