NRLA & Sandwell Council Landlord Forum

This forum is a little bit different and will focus solely on guidelines for private landlords on managing the ever increasing issue of anti-social behaviour both possibly caused by your private tenants but also possibly by individuals or groups in the locality near your rented properties.

- Investigating complaints by neighbours or your tenants.

- Use of warning letters and ASB log sheets - Agreeing appropriate actions

- Seeking support from Sandwell Council and/or the local police
