Hello

I would like to gain access to my property for viewings. I understand that I am required to give a minimum of 24 hours notice. The tenants who are in arrears and I have asked to leave, are very awkward and have made it difficult for me in the past to go to the house. Can I insist that I take a prospective tenant round so long as plenty of notice is given? There is a clause in their tenancy agreement that states that they will allow viewings at the end of their tenancy etc etc. I have had mixed comments from letting agents about this. Also as they are on notice to go, I do not want this to back fire on me in any way ie saying that I am hassling them.

many thanks for your time.
