Access

Hi, I need to request access for a surveyor for remortgage. I have asked the tenant dates she is available. She has confirmed dates. I have booked surveyor on the strength of confirmation it is a convenient day. However I am aware the tenant has tried to reschedule appointments in the past. I have confirmed date and window of times the surveyor will turn up with tenant and also mentioned when I am notified of a shorter window of time I will let her know. I have pointed out if she is unavailable I will let surveyor in with the spare key. I am checking if I am permitted to do so without any repercussions. I will also send a reminder the day before this is going to happen. I look forward to your response thank you.
