If one or two out of three sharers give permission for landlord and / or his representative to access for work to be carried out, is this sufficient and there is no need to get everyone's permission? The tenants are on a joint and several AST. I got a mouthful from a tenant today - she hadn't responded to the request for access, the others had agreed. I'd like to confirm the rules for future reference. Can anyone confirm please.
