I used to fully manage the letting of 2 flats in Croydon. It is now necessary to hand this role over to letting agents which worries me. Has anyone used Streets Ahead or Bairstow Eves to fully manage their lets. Would really appreciate some positives as reviews across all Letting agents seem to be awful. Are they really all bad in Croydon?
