My tenant of 14 years has gone up into the loft space and put her foot through ceiling. It's quite badly damaged. I knew she stored some items up there and I haven't put on the lease access is restricted.

The loft has some boarding in the middle.

She is now posting on facebook that she has hurt herself and badly bruised her leg and hip.

Can she claim I'm responsible for this?

Repairs for the damage have started today which I'm not charging her for.
