The tenants have pointed out work which needs doing to their property and I have arranged, under advice to them, for workmen to come by and fix the problems on a specific day next week. I have texted the tenants and asked them if they can give me a key for the workmen to enter but they have not responded; we have asked them to pay overdue rent and I think they are being uncooperative. Can I use my own key to let the workmen in if they continue not to respond?

Thanks
