Hi, a tenant couple have been in my property for 3 years and recently the female was arrested for assaulting her male partner. she has been released on police bail and has restricting imposed banning her from visiting the property or the male. he wants her taken off the agreement but also has given notice today to vacate the property. at present they are both on a 2 yr fixed period tenancy agreement which ends on 29/6/20. the outstanding rent to the end will be approx £1500, he says he cant pay. Can i stil pursue both of them if he has requested she be removed, and secondly am i legally allowed to remove her due to the assault and subsequent arrest. I am really just looking for guidance as to which way to proceed here, to stay legal. Thanks
