Hello Colleagues

In case you didn't hear, last night legislation was passed allowing the lock-down Rental Market to open up again. This means restrictions on LL ACTIVITIES are now lifted from midnight 12/5/20.
More details on Landlordzone..not checked the RLA site yet for same.
I thought it more important just now to get this welcome message out to you all, PDQ.

Landlordzone [for the as yet initiated], is FOC to sign up. I find that they have a [useful to me] Forum & a bank of resources both of which I've utilised for many many years. I like that once signed up..emailed 'latest news alerts' come to me which is a boon. Having to search the RLA site for 'news items', for me is NOT HELPFUL, that's why Landlordzone emailed notifications are a gift.
