I have a 4 bed HMO and Due to Covid19 I have had trouble getting rental income from some of them. All 4 tenants are at different levels of arrears. Bed 1 is £720, Bed 2 is £990, Bed 3 is £200 and Bed 4 is £90.

I have been as lenient as possible with it all but at the stage were im at loose ends on what to do. Our plan was to remortgage and buy another investment property pre covid19 even paid for a surveyor from the banks for a valuation, when lockdown hit the survey valuation got cancelled and we got our money back.. shortly after when all rent ceased we decided to put it on the market.. the house sold for near full market value and it's in the process of selling.

Is there any help out there for us to consider? Any grants? The house is in our personal name not a ltd company...
