Tenant refusing access for Eicr

Tenant not responding to my emails (3) and calls from electrician re access to do Eicr.

So far have kept it quite low key as do not wish to harass or lose electrician . I can send a more formal letter or ask a neighbour (who she is friendly with) to contact on

on the basis we need this check for insurance etc (it is a flat)
