Hello can you advise me please
1) I served a section 21 notice giving 2 months notice on 29th February 2020. There are substantial rent arrears dating back to November 2018 and these currently stand at £4800. I have met with the tenants on many occasions and have been promised
In addition Covid 19 gave an excuse not to pay for 3 consecutive months even though the tenant was in full time employment
I have used the online court form but as you know court hearings have been suspended until 24th August
As I understand it now ( please correct me if I’m wrong) I need ti serve a reactivation notice
Firstly if this is correct how do I do this and is there a template available
I hope this ales sense
