Electrical Safety Inspections frequency

Dear NRLA Advice Team,

I would like to ask for clarification about the frequency of the Electrical Safety Inspections on residential properties. Is a new Electrical Safety Inspection report required for every new tenancy irrespective of whether the last Electrical Inspection was less than five years?
(For example: if we had a new tenant every 12 months for the next 5 years, would we required to have the Elec Safety Check done for each new tenancy?)
