i had a appointment from the local housing officer from Sefton council about licensing last week on wed 05/08/2020.she has been trying to inspect the two bed proper since February of this year but due to Covid was unable to gain access.
any way i was there to repaint the property ready for a re let later that week.
the licensing officer said that i need 2 bedroom escape windows plus two fire doors and a mains operated fire alarm in the property
The property has 3 battery operated fire alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm in the property, she has giving me 4 months to complete the works for a licence to be issued. Most of the property in that area are of the same structure and double glazing Could you please advise me...
