Hi I know there is a lot of discussion about this testing and the frequency that it needs doing but is it any different on student tenancies as these tend to only last for a maximum of 1 year and sometimes less, so does this mean we have to have a full EICR every year ? We Always have a Fire alarm and Pat test done every year.
