Hi
My nightmare tenants have finally moved out and left the property in a bit of a state, but they've gone which is all I care about.
They are refusing to return my messages etc and will not provide a forwarding address. I am resigned to the fact that I will not see a penny of the circa £2700 in rental arrears that they owe me, but they are also ignoring the request from the DPS regards me claiming the full amount of the deposit.
I would like to send them a letter, but, without the forwarding address, this is not possible. The council are refusing to help me, as are the estate agent that they found their new property thru.
Is there any way I can find their forwarding address?
