Hello

can you clarify the wording required for electrical safety tests for me- "all new tenancies" .. does this mean that i need a new test every time a tenant changeover takes place regardless of it being just 2 years- or is one certificate valid for the 5 yrs and deemed ok if just one set of tenants change in that time?

and if my certificate was done in 2016, just checking the new parts is sufficient for now, until re-test?
