Hi
My tenant has requested a 10 day delay in paying his rent. He said that he is currently experiencing delayed payments (i presume from his employer) and also stated it is just for this month.

I want to air on the side of caution (as he has only be a tenant for 2 months) and just wondered what i should include in my response back to him. I don't want this to become a regular occurrence as i rely on the rental income as part of my total income thus have my own outgoings to consider here.

Thoughts and past experiences all welcomed.

Thx
