Wishing to terminate TA today

Dear Landlord Advice team

Please can you advise if it is possible to terminate a TA with less than 2 months notice? This is because the tenant is 1) in serious arrears since March 2) the council environmental health officer has been involved due to a string of complaints from the neighbours due to excessive noise during nights

Also the breadwinner of this couple has left.

We are going to cut our losses today, and wanted to know if we can expediate their departure for the sake of the neighbours as well as rent arrears.
