Renting a garage separately

Afternoon all

I've recently rented out my first property a couple of weeks ago. I'm a very new, inexperienced landlord so apologies in advance!

The property I rented has a garage although the tenant didn't need this and we agreed to not include it. I was going to rent the garage separately but wasn't too sure how to do this.

Has anyone done this before? Do you have any advice on things I should do / have in place?
