I have had an EICR test recently and the company took more than 14 days to provide the report after much chasing. There were C2, C3 recommendations which I have queried but the company has not got back to me. Remediation must be done within 28 days of inspection but I am getting no where with this company which I now notice has had very bad reviews. It does make me question if there findings are genuine or business generating advice.
I could get another company to remediate or perhaps get them to start all over again with a new inspection.
I'm presuming also that I won't fall foul of the regulations given the difficulty I've had.
Has anyone had experience of the EICR and remediation?
