Is it possible for someone to do a follow-up to a post where the advice given by the NRLA was to phone up the Helpline for detailed advice?

Often we come across similar scenarios in our own work, but the forum post has been abruptly ended in this way and other forumers cannot see what the resolution/outcome was?

If the NRLA are unable to do so, could the original forum user be encouraged by the NRLA to update their original post as part of their assistance?
