Government Green Homes Grants for Energy Efficient upgrades

On Aug 4, 2020, I received an email from Hamilton Fraser (www.landlordzone.co.uk/news/green-homes-grant-announced-to-improve-energy-efficiency/)in which they stated that the grants pay 2/3rds of costs for landlords and eligible owners - available starting Sept. 2020.

Is this correct? I have 3 properties that I can replace the boilers in but when I looked at the Government website, I did not see that these grants apply to landlords? please advise.
