What does Unfurnished entail?

We are new to this and are letting out our house 'unfurnished' but somewhere we got told that we need to provide a cooker???
Is there anything that needs to be provided like this? (have read the Start of Rent checklist).
The dishwasher is built in so we would leave that - presume we are then responsible for repairs/replacement?
