i have two tenants on an ast.
this was setup and is managed by an online agent.
ive given the agent notice that im taking over management.

the agent has told me all i need to do is issue a section 48 to the tenants and nothing else apart from getting the tenants to pay me instead of them.

is this the case?
do i have to re issue the ast or do anything else?

the deposit was given to me and protected at mydeposits by me.
