I would like to remove my property as a rental and convert it back to being a regular house which I am going to let my sone and his girlfriend live in. Is there a procedure I need to follow to cover me legally and from a health and safety point of view. I particularly need to know about the landlords gas certificate. Do i still need to obtain one even though I will no longer be a landlord?
