Invasive questions asked on a UC application

I run a 4 bed, unlicensed HMO. All tenants are on separate AST agreements.

One of my tenants is seeking to start claiming Universal Credit while she looks for employment.

During the application she has been asked to provide detailed information on the other housemates. This was her request to me:

""...my application needs info about my current housemates which in which I find invasive to ask even though they're not invasive questions 😅 just more formal and was hoping I could receive this info from you on my behalf, or needs full names, date of birth, declare any prior convictions and if they're receiving army forced income ??..."

I hope you can help me, as this is the first tenant I've had that is seeking UC and these questions sound very invasive like she says and also completely unrelated to her request for aid.

Should UC be requesting this information?
Should she be expected to give this information?
Does this breach GPDR becasue it would be spreading personal information wider than it needs to be?
Is it optional?
What happens if she just leaves that section blank?

I hope you can help.
Thanks
Matt
