First dispute (after 12.5 years) with a student tenant in a shared house. Only a small amount and Covid related. Have other landlords experienced unreasonable decisions in tenant's favour recently? Have they involved Deposit Protection Service? I always do everything myself, and now want to transfer my four deposits to another provider. Any recommendation?!
