my existing letting agent wants to carry on charging a fee for rent collection with a new tenant

At present I let my flat via a letting agent, they originally sourced a tenant through a charity, however my contract was with the tenant not the charity. I now have the opportunity to change to a company let with a sister company of the charity, the letting company state if I use a person from the original charity even though I am with a different company they want to carry on charging a monthly rent collection fee, please advise if that is correct
