I let my properties sometimes through letting agents. Since the introduction of the Tenants Fee Ban, I have had two letting agents demand full let only fees on the ASTs anniversary. With S24 Finance Act, margins are very tight & so I am not inclined to want to use letting agents considering the addition expense for no work.

I was under however under the impression since the Foxtons case that agents were not allowed to charge recurring fees to landlords for let renewals.

It would be great to hear your views on this.
