Hi, as the universities have reduced the number of face to face learning modules and moved more courses online due to COVID 19 more of my students have decided to move back home. As they are not staying at their rented property they are refusing to pay rent. They have signed a short hold tenancy agreement together for one year finishing end of June 2020. What is the standard response landlords are giving to these enquiries as Iâ€™m seeing more and more of this? Thank you
