Hello Advice Team - I am in the process of creating a new tenancy for the first time for our property. I believe that I should secure Landlords insurance for the 'building' and any risks we choose to insure but contents insurance is down to the tenants. Can I insist that they tenants have contents and/or accidental insurance? Many thanks, Steve
