I am confused, I served a section 21 on my tenants, as they are in rent arrears. If i go the accelerated possession route, i cannot Claim for rent arrears? so if i go standard possession i can? Is it possible to go accelerated possession route and then retrospectively claim back rent arrears, if so on what form can i claim?
