Hi All,

I'm having issues with my agent at the moment and feel like I'd like to move on from them. The current tenant is now on their 2nd contract which will end in January.
Is there any issue in my asking of they want to stay on with the current contract with 'rolling terms' with all the terms as per the contract ? Or do I need to reissue a further contract.

My agent doesn't get commission from 2nd year tenancies and only charges a relative small 'admin fee' for arranging the next contract.

Thanks for your time.
