I served a section 21 to a tenant who was 2 months in arrears last week. The current letting agent says we don't have a guarantor in place as we don't have a dedicated document called "deed of guarantee". The original letting agent says the online signature from the guarantor on the tenancy agreement is sufficient as they signed the section that says they are liable if the tenant doesnt pay the rent. Please can I have an email address to send you the contract so that you confirm whether we have a legal guarantor in place. Many thanks.
