Help! New landlord

Hi,
I have a single bedroom self contained flat to rent out and I would like a company to handle all of the necessary work involved in the letting but I have no idea where to start in finding one let alone what would constitute a good one.
I am in South Cheshire. Could anyone offer some advice or suggestions.
