Tax relief on letting agent fees

I am aware letting agent fees are tax deductible when completing HMRC self assessment. What I have always wondered was how much exactly is deducted. I've had a good search online but can not find anything in terms of how much I would save. Say for example total agent fees are £700 how much would I get in tax relief?
