So I have a tenant we all know the ones - claiming but not passing on the rent . Accrued over 6 mths rent now plus electric . Gave him a section 8 and will be a mth up in 10 days . Told me yesterday can`t throw him out because of Covid . This is an absolute joke . So can stay in the property not pay rent or electric and I cant evict . Is this correct ?
