Hi, We will Incorporate our partnership before the end of the year with approx 60 tenants needing new AST's to bring them into the new company structure. We have a number of HMO tenants who are notoriously transient and might not want to sign for another 6 month tenancy. Where we come up against this if a tenant is either in existing contract should we issue the new AST with same dates but new company name?
Also if they are periodic contract, ie month by month how should these be treated if they don't want to renew for 6 months?
