Hello! I recently bought a property from an estate agents who threw in 6 months 'free' property management. They sent the terms of business over a couple of days before we exchanged but I didn't get chance to read it and have not yet signed it (it's been nearly a month now). They are now saying if I want to cease using them, I will owe £495 +VAT as taking up the offer of the free management implies acceptance of their terms of business. I don't think I have a way out of this but wondered if anyone had had a similar experience and whether, as I haven't signed the agreement, I am still obliged to pay the £500. Thanks!
