Good afternoon All, I used an agent for a Tenant find only. After finding a tenant, the agent paid deposit into their account a month ago. Now won't or can't pass this on to us to Register What next. They told me they would need to register it then they would pass it on to me. I have repeatedly contacted them by email and voice call without success. Do I go back to the tenant ask for their involvement or just take out a Money Claim. Your help would be appreciated. Ide'F
