Hi
My tenant is nearly Â£4000 in arrears, he has agreed, verbally to a repayment plan we have suggested and has recently informed me his partner is now living at the house. He has also missed another payment since he recently agreed to the repayment plan so my concerns are....
Can i add her to the current agreement or do i need to draw up a new one? I only ask because if i need to issue a section 21 i understand i cannot do it for several months on a new agreement, as I would like this as an option come January if i need it.
