Hello there,

ECO 3 GOVERNMENT GRANT SCHEME

In the property magazine received from NRLA there are 2 adverts for FREE FIRST TIME CENTRAL HEATING if tenants are on certain benefits. I believe one of my tenants may be receiving one of these benefits and may be able to take advantage of this offer. He currently has electric storage heating.

I am a bit wary that there may be catches. I do not want to approach him and arrange for a survey if it is a con or if it is actually not free, afterall, as he would obviously be disappointed.

Has anybody had any experiences regarding this offer?
