Hello, my letting agent was meant to include utilities in the contract (AST) and has instead used a standard AST which states the tenant must pay her own bills. The tenant should have left on the 25th November, but she is refusing to leave... She is leaving all the lights on and leaving the heat on 24-7 and costing me £20 a day in gas alone.... Can I now bill her for the gas and electric used as per the AST contract she signed..? Can I block her use of the internet as she uses mine..? She is also now behind on her rent. Nightmare.
