Hi, I'm looking for opinions of getting rent guarantee insurance. I had this wth my last tenancy which has just come to and end after 3 years. It would arrange through our letting agents who no longer offer it and tried to imply most landlords don't both esp now with Covid-19. But I would like it for peace of mind and wonder is anyone is happy to recommend and particular providers. NRLA partner is Rent Guard who seem reasonable but there are many negative reviews on Trust Pilot. thanks
