I have a letting agent who is not supplying me the tenant's documents or disclosing his name to me. I have got the ICO certificate. He is not replying to my emails or telephone calls. He is a member of the PRS but I went there, there is information about him. He also claims to be a member of UKALA.
I am asking him to issue Section 8 notice but he is not replying.
