Hello, I am a landlord about to enter into an agreement to let my residential property to a charity using the NRLA's Charity Agreement document and addendum. I note that because this is not an AST with individuals I can not register the deposit with a government protected scheme.

My question is, as this a Charity Agreement rather than AST, what are the legal landlord obligations and responsibilities when it comes to handling the deposit?

Many thanks.
